The eMerge Essential Plus is a browser-based access control appliance for commercial, industrial, banking, medical, retail and hospitality businesses. Isonas (by Allegion)
For a new full panel system we like to install Nortek eMerge and Isonas access control systems. Both are browser managed, so you no longer need a dedicated computer pushed away in an IT room, and you can tie two facilities together under one system whether they are next door to each other or across the country.

HD-over-coax and CCTV upgrades
Not every business needs to replace an existing system. If your facility already has coaxial cable, we can check whether it can be reused. HD-over-coax gives you much better video while upgrading parts of an older analog CCTV system, with less cost and disruption than a complete replacement. We also move businesses from analog CCTV to modern IP systems.
Warehouse & industrial
Large buildings, high ceilings, loading docks, outdoor storage, parking lots and many entrances need specialized placement and equipment. We design around the property's layout and operating environment: docks, shipping and receiving, inventory, vehicle entrances, perimeters, interior aisles and machinery.

Companies that say they are national often subcontract to local installers. Go to the local installer and build your own relationship.
Physical location
There are a lot of fly by night security companies. Pick one with an established location and go visit them.
Size
If you wait more than 24 hours for a routine service visit you are using the wrong vendor.
